Our healthcare client in the Los Angeles, CA area is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for an 8 month project. The ideal Executive Assistant will have experience with heavy scheduling and Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Teams. The role will require you to be on-site 1 day/week, so applicants must live close to the Los Angeles, CA area.
Job Duties May Include:
- Support a team of 3 and report into the Manager of Administrative Operations
- Manage multiple high level executive calendars
- Frequently schedule meetings, interviews and other activities
- Act as a protective gatekeeper and liaison, discretion is required

- Minimum high school diploma, AA or BA degree highly desired
- Ability to multitask at a high level
- Great attention to detail
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Healthcare/hospital experience is highly desired
