Executive Assistant

Motion Picture company located in Century City is seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO/Chairman. This position is responsible for providing a high level day-to-day administrative support.


  • Manage executives’ calendar and schedule meetings, follow-ups, and confirmations, both internal and external, for various time zones.
  • Monitor incoming calls and roll calls as needed.
  • Anticipate needs and provides administrative support to the executive.
  • Generate and distribute materials emails as needed.
  • Review and ensure executives’ needs are met for any domestic and international travel in partnership with the internal travel manager.
  • Maintain any files, contacts, including confidential and critical documents.
  • Manage incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Process and submit expense reports
  • Other ad hoc duties/special projects as assigned.
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executive


  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience, at an entertainment company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess and determine priorities.
  • Must be able to perceive when an issue is sensitive and handle appropriately.
  • Experience and knowledge of the entertainment industry.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and track multiple tasks and action items simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with problem-solving skills and a sense of accountability.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently, be proactive, follow-up as needed, and see matters through to completion.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Interact with all levels
  • Must remain flexible, adaptable, and efficient and anticipate the needs of the executive.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
