Executive Assistant

Vaco Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing and highly professional team. The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the busy schedules and important communications of the CEO and other executive leaders.

This position is based on-site in Culver City, CA. The opportunity offers work/life balance and competitive pay as well as long-term growth and stability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls, review and respond to emails, and address all other forms of inquiries
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, clients, partners, etc.
  • Format information for internal/external communication checking for proper spelling and grammar
  • Prepare expense reports and presentations
  • Organize and maintain a filing system

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional, corporate environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
