Executive Assistant

DescriptionThe Executive Assistant is responsible for integrating all non-fiscal administrative support services at the as signed site, under the direction and with the support of the Executive, Associate and Program Directors.Duties and Responsibilities Act as Receptionist to individuals visiting or contacting the agency by phone Route all phone calls in an appropriate manner Organize and maintain statistical information as directed by the Executive Director Maintain an organized system for client files and other agency documents Maintain Board of Directors correspondence and meeting minutes Handle confidential correspondence as directed by the Executive Director Maintain an inventory of agency supplies and order as needed and appropriate Sort incoming mail and route as appropriate Respond to requests for agency services by performing general intakes and information and referral services Interface with Fiscal Manager to assure timely recording of all incoming receivablesWorks with Clinical Director regarding schedules, monthly Medicaid reviews, treatment plans, etc.Qualifications:HS Diploma/ GED or Associates Degree in Human Services or related field1-3 years in a similar roleStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office productsAbility to multi-task and make good decisions under pressure
