Office Manager/Assistant in Downtown Los Angeles Real Estate Litigation Firm

Our client is searching for a SUPERSTAR for a small real estate litigation law firm in downtown Los Angeles. This position works with 3 attorneys. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Help clients and keep your attorneys well-organized and prepared
  • Your main duty will be to work closely with the head attorney to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Other duties include: preparing and filing legal documents
  • Answering phones
  • Dealing with client requests
  • screening potential clients;
  • preparing monthly bills to clients (MyCase software); paying office bills
  • We will teach you the skills you need for software programs (such as MyCase and Quickbooks),
  • Two years of experience as a legal assistant/secretary with knowledge of pleadings and court filing is recommended.
