Philanthropic Foundation is now hiring an Executive Assistant to support the President and Board of Directors.

In this role you will schedule Board meetings, take and compose meeting minutes, handle a business executive calendar, and oversee all day-to-day operations for the President.

Duties will include light travel arrangements, complex schedules, calendars, Board of Director communications, set up Zoom meetings, and meeting minutes.

This is a highly visible role and requires someone that knows how to handle confidential information.

PLEASE NOTE: The position will start as a Work From Home job but eventually you will be in office once the organization reopens.

Major Job Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendar and schedule.

Respond to all emails, phone calls, and mail addressed to the President.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the executive’s travel arrangements.

This will include accommodations and car service.

Producing expense reports, presentations, and drafting and proofreading business correspondences.

Track contracts, report on the departmental budget, order supplies, assist with event planning, and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Necessary Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required.

Candidates must have 3 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive.

Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to proofread.

Able to prioritize your work between shifting demands.

Experience with Zoom meetings.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
