Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant Hill House is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

The Executive Assistant may also be responsible for overseeing and organizing special projects.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven.

Must possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have solid written and verbal communication, and have strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities.

This candidate is also expected to thrive in a team environment.

This role reports to the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and team
• Manage and organize calendars
• Handle all travel arrangements both domestic and international
• Coordinate meetings and calls involving multiple parties across multiple time zones
• Prepare information for team meetings and other vendor related functions
• Conduct light company and industry research
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including; scanning, filing, completing expense reports, organizing contacts
• Composes, prepares and routes correspondence
• Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.

ABOUT YOU
• 2 years of experience, supporting an Executive preferably within a creative organization
• Operates with high level of integrity for handling sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, multi-tasking and excellent follow-through
• Forward looking thinker and with ability to identify problems, determines possible solutions, and actively work to propose solutions and resolve issues
• Superior written, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with flexibility and initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint)
• Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
