The Immersive Nutcracker is hiring team members and inviting you to become a part of the most iconic Christmas story!
Available positions:
Host.
$15/hr
Greet and welcome visitors and groups
Facilitate check-in process for visitor groups, including selling and scanning tickets
Provide a range of information to visitors, answering questions about the Immersive Nutcracker
Communicating with the team, informing when guests are ready for the entry, traffic control.
Merchandise Associate.
$15/hr
Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding excellent service by providing a friendly environment .
Assist customers and process checkouts through the Square App
Manage inventory and stock items
VR Operator.
$16/hr
Welcome visitors in the VR room.
Assist guests in putting on/taking off required VR gear and explain use within the show
Properly care for VR equipment and devices, including maintaining hygiene standards
Execute opening and closing procedures: turning on all the headsets on location (10-12), put on each headset and start a VR Sync player up using VR controllers, log in to VR control dashboard and check that all the headsets are connected and ready to go, run a test playback on all headsets using the VR remote playback and make sure that everything is synchronized.
Turn on/off projectors, monitor and charge equipment
Magician/Entertainer.
$17/hr
Entertain audience while the group of visitors gathers
Perform simple tricks and create visual illusions
Maintain positive attitude and provide a fun and enjoyable experience to our guests, including kids and families
Exhibition Supervisor.
$18/hr
Coordinate and manage exhibition staff
Greet guests, maintain friendly and helpful attitude dealing with their needs
Ensuring each staff member is trained in their duties
Handle onsite customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
Replace the team members during their breaks
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shifts
Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guests.
Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff
Additional tasks as requested by management.

Effective and persuasive communications skills; ability to communicate clearly and present information to a wide variety of visitors
Highly organized and efficient
A problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and efficiently when faced with on-site issues
Willing to learn from mistakes and give feedback on ways of improving the experiences
Love being part of a dynamic team
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Must be able to work in multi venues
Positive attitude in any situation
Clean and presentable attire
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
