Schedule: 2nd shift – 3:30pm-12am
Pay: $16.50/hour
General Printing Responsibilities:
- Setup orders in queue and adjust process flow as necessary for preparation of production tasks
- Hit and maintain daily goals set by your supervisor/lead.
- Operate one or multiple printing machines as assigned
- Ensure that the garments meet specifications of the order and checks • for quality issues before printing
- Make minor quick corrections to adjust garments or pallets prior to printing to ensure the print meets client specifications.
- Install the printing pallet for garments of various images to be printed
- Perform a quick check for printing imperfections prior to sending through dryer for quality control to review
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Perform end of day procedures daily to ensure following shifts have the station ready to go when they come in.
- Understand and execute machine maintenance daily, weekly or monthly tasks including but not limited to Wiping print heads at the start and end of each shift
- Run purge and wipe operations when machine issues arise
- Run, read and understand nozzle test procedures
- Escalate any machinery or damaged product issues immediately regardless of the machinery being printed on
