Before submitting for this position, in order to be considered, you MUST:
– NOT BE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED;
– HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (not Uber, Lyft or similar type of car service);
– BE ABLE TO READ PLANS
– Have good computer skills
– Drive to different locations in Los Angeles County and Orange County to perform estimates (work outside of the office)
– Be Bi-lingual (speak and read English and Spanish)Starting salary: $20 per hour depending upon experience plus commission, with the potential for an increase in salary after 3 months.Construction firm is seeking to IMMEDIATELY fill (YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START WORKING THE NEXT DAY) a Project Estimator position for both current and upcoming projects in the Los Angeles County and Orange County areas.

Successful candidate MUST have experience and knowledge that include the following:
– 1 years of construction project estimating experience.
– Preparing estimates and quotes;
– Creating estimates for labor, material and subcontractor costs;
