Job Details
- Complete all tasks and responsibilities associated with through intake, processing, closing, and funding
- Review title commitments for accuracy and completeness to ensure all requirements are satisfied
- Prepare escrow instructions
- Prepare title documents
- Obtain parties’ signatures on paperwork
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing operations
