Escrow Office Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual that wants to learn our escrow process. Seeking an Office Administrator to support our Escrow Office, Officers, and Management. Any real estate and/or Escrow, Lender, or Title experience is a plus; if you do not have any relevant escrow experience, we are willing to train. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong customer service skills needed are essential for success in this role.

Job Duties include (but are not limited to):

Greet and welcome all persons entering the branch and direct as needed

Open and Close the office daily; prepare for client appointments this includes turning on lights, cleaning surfaces, checking mail, preparing conference rooms, and making adjustments as needed.

· Prioritize and coordinate client appointments, set, cancel, Notary and client appointments as needed

· Day to day clerical office duties (scanning, emailing, typing letters, filing, General Office Admin)

· Answer telephone promptly, screen, and direct calls. Take and relay concise messages

· Listening to Escrow Officer needs, client questions, concerns, receive and sort mail and deliveries, send out deliveries as needed

· Ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and/or legally privileged information appropriately

· Ordering office supplies, marketing materials, janitorial, and keeping track of inventory

  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Maintain front-office flow, efficiency, and organization of desk

· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced business environment where priorities can change quickly

Other duties may be assigned, as needed

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
