Escrow Assistant/Junior Escrow Officer

We are looking for 2-3 Escrow Assistants or Junior Escrow Officers to join our Los Angeles family!

Bilingual Preferred!

Korean or Chinese!!!This will be a full-time job with salary and commission.

Qualifications:

-Be responsible for providing clerical support for escrow officers during the opening, maintaining, and closing escrow files.

-Assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients.

-Be familiar with different types of escrows including purchase, refinance, ABC, and Bulk, etc.

-Have escrow experience and related industry will be a plus

-Be able to contact the bank to confirm incoming and outgoing wires for escrow files

-Be able to assist officers in managing and organizing multiple projects and escrows

-Be positive and create a friendly work environment

-Upgrade escrow knowledge by participating in trainings and educational courses

-Provide support in the absence of the escrow officers or escrow assistants

-Bilingual Preferred: Korean or Chinese
