[24]7.ai is looking for a professional individual to fill the role of ‘Customer Service Escalation Specialist.’ This person should display exceptional customer service skills, be willing to work in office, and have a passion for helping customers.
You will be helping customers with escalations over the phone in a call center environment.
Job Summary: Deliver outstanding customer service while providing resolution to customer’s inquiries.
Able to multitask and manage customer’s needs in a professional and proactive manner.
Able to de-escalate, manage conflict and follow processes and procedures.
Align to program metrics with a results oriented mindset.
This is a 100% onsite position.
Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate or GED.
1 year Call Center Experience required.
Customer Focus to meet/exceed customer expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Social Media in a work environment preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Must have open availability during hours of operation to work a full-time schedule.
