Job Summary: Provides application and systems support for global operations.
The individual is primarily responsible for technology setup and configuration in global Sales and ERP systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions (D365).
Job Model: Fully Remote All fully remote positions will require you to travel on site 2-4 times per month depending upon business needs at your own expense.
Hybrid positions will require employees to work both on-site and remote each week under a schedule that has been determined and agreed upon by you and your manager.
On-Site positions will require employees to work on-site for each of their scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities: Configuration and Maintenance of Lifecycle Services, Embedded Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Data Exports to Azure Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement workflows, reports, extensions, and integrations D365 administrative tasks and setup for users, security, email, licenses, batches, and azure active directory Prototype and Test automated processes for security and functionality Provide detailed guidance and support for 3rd Parties and Integration Partners Collaborate with Microsoft Support and Consultants to implement D365 Best Practices Review D365 Telemetry and Analytical Data for Performance Enhancements Conduct automated D365 testing using BPM/RSAT with DEVOPS Tests client, web, and mobile software applications for quality and accuracy Provide assistance to end users when necessary Complexity of Duties: Works with minimum supervision; decisions are made based on pre-established policies and procedures.
Special instructions given for new assignments.
Higher level of authority necessary when working beyond semi-routine complexity.
Contacts are frequent, both internally and externally along the professional level within the company.
Education and/or Experience: 4-year college degree, equivalent experience or significant military experience.
2 years experience with D365 Finance and Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Engagement, or other D365 Solution Other Skill and Abilities: Experience with PC’s, Windows operating systems, MS Office, MS Exchange, Internet, Ethernet, Wireless Networking, routers, switches, Windows Server software.
Administrative training for Global ERP systems.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Microsoft Certification Exams MB 200, 300, 400, and 500 or equivalent experience.
