Equipment painting part of job includes prep and painting of lift trucks with booms and attachments, telehandlers, scissor lifts, gang boxes and specialized equipment and tools.
Rest of position includes learning and participating in one or more of the following trades.
And don&039;t worry if you don&039;t already have skills in any of these secondary trades, we&039;ll provide the training if you bring the ambition, aptitude and work ethic: Warehouse & Yards / Truck Loading Diesel Technology / Truck-Trailer Mechanic Lift Truck / Construction Equipment Mechanic Machinery Mover / Rigger CDL-A Driver (tilt-beds, steps, flats, double drops, etc.)
– Carpenter
– for crating/skidding of machinery & equipment Typically ample OT opportunities.
What we&039;re looking for: Min 2-5 years experience prepping and applying coatings (some automotive level) to industrial construction equipment in a non-manufacturing setting Technical school or training program in automotive coatings preferred; but not required Independently capable of prepping & painting Must like working with hands and have strong mechanical aptitude Committed interest to a combination position and learning one or more secondary trade(s) Valid drivers license CDL-A license or interest in same preferred, but not required.
If interested, we&039;ll provide CDL-A license training to right candidate HS Diploma or GED Pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, assessments, background and license checks, etc.
