Great Opportunity with Growing company for an EQUIPMENT OPERATOR in Columbus Ohio COME GROW WITH US ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE
– HIRING BONUS for 2nd and 3rd shift 1 st Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm 2 nd Monday -Friday 2:30pm – 11:00pm 3 rd Monday-Friday 10:30pm – 7:00am In this position you are responsible for operating and maintaining major equipment on the production lines in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Your Primary Responsibilities include: Proficient in Packaging Operator & Material Operator responsibilities Operates and maintains major equipment, including but not limited to fillers, and labelers Prepares and performs minor repairs and adjustments on equipment to maximize production runs Performs rinses, Clean-In-Place washes and changeovers on equipment Prepares and maintains accurate and timely documentation Assists Process Mechanics with Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment Audits to ensure finished products meet quality specifications, label placement, and correct batch code Follows, promotes, and enforces KDC’s safety and environmental policies, practices, and procedures Your Knowledge, Skills & Abilities include: Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

SAP and HMI experience preferred Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills Good understanding of FDA Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations and OSHA safety requirements.
