Robert Half Technology is looking for an entry level Help Desk Technician for one of our clients in Burbank, California. This Help Desk Technician will be required to support 200 plus tickets per week. This position is looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience working in a call center type of environment. This Help Desk Technician will be required to maintain Help Desk support standards for all locations regarding remote troubleshooting and providing end user support. Below are the requirements for this position.
Job Requirements:
Help Desk Support Technician must meet most or all of the following:
Must have 1-year experience working in a Windows environment
Basic administration of Active Directory
Expected to support 50-100 end users
Expected interaction between internal and external employees
Experience with troubleshooting PC Computers
Customer service skills
Use of ticketing systems
