Entry Level EHS Data Administrator

We are currently adding a Data Administrator position to our team who will be responsible for the implementation, training, and technical support of our Welligent system.

What we need from you:

Minimum of 2 years of Welligent or Electronic Health Record system experience with knowledge of all aspects of, including but not limited to the creation, maintenance of custom forms, reports, plugins, and APIs.
Strong technical expertise in Welligent, SQL (Structured Query Language), Database, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel formulas).

Experienced in data collection of raw data files across multiple departments and multiple systems for data requests for data analyses.

Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage daily activities and short/long-term projects under pressure with accuracy and responsiveness

Knowledge of HTML editor, CSS, and Javascript a plus.

Experience in HIPAA Privacy, Security, Health Information Policy a plus.

Prior experience at a DMH community agency or similar organization a plus.

Associate degree in Computer Science, Database Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or relevant field and/or equal experience and/or certifications preferred.
