Entry Level Business Development
- Identify, develop, and create direct interaction with Fortune 500 companies via cold calling, prospecting, networking, harvesting contacts, and facilitating your own client meetings
- Develop new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing hiring managers
- Win business and close deals with C-level executives
- Work in partnership with technical recruiters to find the greatest talent for our clients’ needs
- Attend morning meetings designed to allow collaboration and communication between teams
Experience:
