Our client is looking to hire a Enterprise Data Analyst. (100% Remote)Key Responsibilities. The Data Solutions Analyst will work within the IT Enterprise Data Management Team.. This individual will work with clients to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and influence BI and data solutions.. This includes working with business and development teams to ensure we design and deliver enterprise data solutions.. The data solutions analyst should understand how data is turned into information and how that knowledge supports and enables key business processes.. Individual must have an in-depth understanding of the business environment and an interest in going beyond the obvious, delving into the source, the definition, philosophy, and foundational roots of a data element in order to create information. Ideal candidate will work well within an agile team environment.. Works with internal and external customers and IT Partners to develop and analyze business intelligence needs.. Provides input to business requirements for the design of solutions.. Interprets business requirements and determines optimum BI solutions to meet needs.. Shape the tactical execution of the data management program in accordance with data governance policies.. Write SQL queries to research issues and prototype data solutions.. Leverage data in the team’s efforts in reducing risk, creating secure systems, and tackling data integrity issues across our enterprise.. Provides support for user community.. Dive deep into data related issues to solve problems and find new ways we can win in this space.. Conducts analysis of functional business processes.. May perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.. Identifies and provides input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on Enterprise wide BI solutions.. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements and Skills. Bachelor’s Degree – In lieu of Degree, relevant experience may be considered.With Bachelor’s Degree:. Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis.. Minimum of 2 years of Data Validation experience.. Minimum of 3 years of SQL – SQL and Oracle database experience.. Minimum of 2 years of working Knowledge of Relational and/or NoSQL Data Structure.. Minimum of 2 years of experience on Data Governance Projects.. Minimum of 3 years of Agile experience.. Experience in the Healthcare industry and/or working with highly regulated data (e.g. PHI and PII). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.. Ability to garner support and consensus to move projects forward with the best outcomes..
