Enterprise Account Leader

The Consulting Private Equity Enterprise Account Director is a proven leader who is able to articulate the full suite of services RSM offers across our Lines of Businesses, yet has a proven track record in private equity on both the pre-close / asset creation side, as well as the post-close / value creation side.

Quickly master RSM M&A 360 Private Equity Framework to initial holistic conversations with PE executives and portfolio company management to drive RSM solutions and add value Lead and manage client delivery projects related to the acquisitions, mergers, carve out etc.

by private equity groups and strategic corporate buyers Focus primarily on 2-4 key PE accounts with sales revenue targets of $5M+ annually Ability to identify the client’s issue and communicate RSM’s value proposition for issue resolution Provide management advice to our clients related to a variety of financial and operational issues, including by not limited IT strategy, business application effectiveness, network infrastructure, cyber security ,internal controls and other areas to help drive value going forward Demonstrate a strong understanding of current IT technologies and business software applications to allow us to develop work products of the highest quality and deliver on aggressive timelines Lead in the development of recommendations and implementation plans, including the identification of future initiatives that may be required following the close of a transaction Work closely with other firm professionals to identify and support the post close consulting, tax and assurance needs within these clients Preferred experience in ERP, CRM and other packaged software

Qualifications:

Education:
MBA preferred
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly excel, word, power point, Outlook Financial analysis
Experience:
Minimum five years of proven high-end PE industry experience  Deep knowledge of consulting industry, especially as it pertains to RSM core strategy to drive specific consulting and tax specialty services.

Proven ability to succeed in PE marketplace Minimum of 10 years experience working with management level individuals.

Minimum of 7 years experience working in a professional services firm; consulting preferred Minimum of five to seven years working in assigned area with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects Previous experience in managing others in a team environment – direct or indirectly
