Employee Data Management Specialist (Remote)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Data Management Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team.

You will have excellent customer support skills a strong ability to problem solve and be resourceful.

You will be a data expert and be responsible for managing both data integrity and accuracy for employee information in Workday, having the best interest of both the employee and the company.

You are detailed oriented, focused, and always looking for ways to improve processes.What You’ll DoResponsible for employee data corrections in Workday both in the US and globallyAbility to handle high volume of requests for employee data updates/edits in a timely fashionAssists with routine audits and troubleshooting to correct and maintain accurate employee data within WorkdayEnsure compliance with audit requirements by completing work correctly and on timeEnsure data standards and governance are applied for personally identifiable information (PII)Who You AreHigh level of individual accountability and the ability to deliver on goals while maintaining team relationshipsStrong desire to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customersStrong technical skills with ability to work within multiple software programs simultaneouslyDetail oriented with a high level of accuracyExperience with Workday is helpfulExceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skillsLogical reasoning to understand problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity
