Job Summary
Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed to build your leadership and business acumen through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience.
You’ll get a holistic view of the company through cross-business unit and cross-functional exposure and participation in development opportunities, including site tours, mentoring, exposure to executives, and much more.
Through the different positions in a variety of business disciplines, you’ll get hands-on, experiential challenges and responsibilities to help shape the future of the industry.
As an ELP graduate, you will complete the program prepared to take on leadership roles at an accelerated rate.
Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements
Be a recent college graduate with a record of strong academic achievement Involvement on campus, internship/work experience and prior experience in management or leadership is preferred Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate well and conduct themselves professionally Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Critical thinking, analytically minded, ability to think strategically and problem solving are imperative for success Ability to work independently with strong aptitude to build relationships quickly allowing you to thrive in a team environment Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency and proactive approach Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information Commitment and passion to make a direct impact on the company’s success
