Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Required Fields of Study : Accounting Minimum Years of Experience : 2 year(s) Certification(s) Required : Bachelor Degree with minimum of 120 hours of coursework Preferred Qualifications : Certification(s) Preferred : Meet all educational requirements to satisfy the 150 credit hour requirement necessary for the CPA license, or provide documentation satisfactory to the Firm that your CPA license can be obtained in the state in which your office will be located through reciprocity based on either a CPA license held, or CPA exam passed, in another state. CPA license. International hires or hires from a PwC affiliate firm must have obtained the equivalent accounting credential in the individual‘s home country. Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.S. GAAP), United States Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (U.S. GAAS) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards, emphasizing an overall extensive understanding – for the respective industry – of the applicable business and accounting issues, and technical accounting and financial reporting standards.
