The companydelivers the most technologically advanced Mobile Ad-Hoc Networking (MANET) solution to multiple marketsincluding Commercial Broadcasting Law Enforcement Unmanned Systems and Military, among others. Alongwith its successful MANET product line, the company also delivers on ground breaking research in wirelesscommunications. The OpportunitySilvus is seeking a full time Embedded Web Development Engineer to participate in the development of thesoftware for Silvusrsquo MANET radios. Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, improve, and test Silvus StreamCaster radiorsquos embedded web interface and networkmanagement software.Develop embedded applications running on the Silvus StreamCaster radios.Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements. QualificationsMust be a U.S. person (U.S. Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen) due to clients under U.S. government contracts.Expertise in Javascript, HTML, and Python with 5+ years of experience in web interface developmentrequired.Experience with Linux networking – routing, switching, TCPIP protocols, especially in an embeddedcontext is highly desirable.Experience with mobile friendly web interface development is highly desirable.Experience with embedded applications development in CC++ highly desirable.Experience in UI test automation is a definite plus.
