About This Featured Opportunity

We are seeking an EHS Business Systems Analyst who will need to maintain a strong awareness of the processes and systems utilized by various internal teams, with an emphasis on Environment, Health and Safety as it specifically relates to a transient workforce that is often forced to be in close proximity to one another. It will require a close and collaborative partnership with various internal teams and the Environment, Health and Safety team to understand needs, present options, and facilitate the selection, planning, and delivery of solutions.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

Drive the planning, execution, and deployment of Environment, Health and Safety systems solutions for the needs of various internal teams

Collaborate with IT and business partners to identify, vet, and prioritize needs and define sustainable support models for created solutions

Provide regular and accurate reporting on project roadmaps, timelines, statuses and health

Author and maintain documentation as it relates to requirements, specifications, needs, and reporting

Liaise and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and cross-functional teams and/or vendors

Engage with support functions such as procurement, vendor management, new product security, and information security to on-board new vendors and/or systems
