Education Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will play an integral role in our continued growth and success.

As part of our team, you are responsible for key aspects to attract, develop, and retain high quality educators, across the country as well as to ensure successful programs.

To ensure successful programs the Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring tutoring programs throughout different regions of the United States including but not limited to frequently communicating with schools and districts, setting up tutoring schedules, prescribing programs, modifying programs as necessary, analyzing data, ensuring learning gains are occurring, maintaining accurate and required records, and ensuring program compliance with district requirements.

Responsibilities
Maintain effective and frequent communication with schools and appropriate administrative staff
Communicate often with families to ensure satisfaction
Hire, train, supervise and support all tutors
Prescribe material based on student data/needs: book program or homework help
Modify programs as necessary to ensure student achievement
Sub for tutors as necessary
Collect and maintain all records, including but not limited to:
Attendance sheets (Monthly)
Progress logs
Monthly Service Log
Background clearances
Maintain organized and detailed student records
Assist in invoicing on a monthly basis
Review tutor hours vs.

student attendance sheets
Review and process tutor payroll bi-weekly
Complete monthly checklist
Maintain communication with district and administration
Maintain Professional demeanor
Organize and box materials at end of program
Additional duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00
– $55,000.00 per year
