Position Purpose
The Education Coordinator works directly with the Sales and Marketing Director as well as the Academic Chair of the Institute.
They are responsible for the planning and coordinating of all aspects of live training programs and Master Clinician Programs worldwide.
This includes meeting with other team members to determine needs, meeting those needs, and exceeding their expectations through detailed communication with both members and support staff from registration to completion of said training program.
A successful coordinator understands what it takes to make sure details and logistics work out and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly.
1) Main Duties
Assisting with phone and email inquiries regarding academics and continued education records
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and participants
Planning event details and aspects, including menus, seating, and guests
Managing online and in-person courses including on-site and day-of coordination and addressing potential problems that may arise
Working with other key Departments such as Accounting, Technical Support and Sales and Marketing
2) General Duties
The ability to conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of a world-class education provider.
The ability to respond properly and in a timely manner to communications sent by program participants.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
2+ years’ relative experience with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-event-or education-oriented operation.
Flexible schedule including weekends when a course is in place (typically once every 2 months)
A great communicator with high standards of performance together with excellent written communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
A charismatic, confident creative individual with in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace.
Experience with dealing with high-profile clinicians.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Proficiency with productivity software including google docs, sheets, slides, keynote, powerpoint, adobe acrobat, ical and FileMaker.

Pay: $37,000.00
– $42,000.00 per year
