– Campaigns & Promotions will help design and execute promotional campaigns and work with the team to execute from start to finish.

You will work on the setup of campaign programs including customer segment targeting, offers, timing and tracking.

This position will also be responsible for weekly reporting to help the team identify under-performing campaigns and work with the team to implement changes for improvement.

Upon approval, you will work with other eBusiness team members (as necessary) to implement approved changes.You will develop an in-depth understanding of the industries we serve and work with the eCommerce Campaign team to align promotional offer design approaches with digital profiles and propensity to maximize program returns.

Tactically, day-to-day management may include promotion set-up, campaign performance reviews in an effort to achieve department expectations.

Providing learnings to the eBusiness group and other internal groups to continue to refine our go-to-market processes is critical.You will also be responsible for cultivating a collaborative working relationship with the existing team members of the eBusiness group.In particular, you will: Work with the eCommerce Senior Manager of Promotions and Personalization to design, develop and schedule marketing campaigns to be implemented through the digital channel including lead generation, brand, product promotion, and others once the appropriate marketing campaigns have been approved.

Maintain promotional models for all product categories that align with customer value and are within the guardrails established by the Strategic Pricing Group and eBusiness leadership Proactively manage the competitive landscape and understand promotional dynamics across categories; monitor our direct and indirect competitors working with other members of the pricing & promotions team; advise senior leadership monthly with findings Execute and manage promotional program tactics (e.g., discounts, vouchers, product level promotions, order level promotions, etc.) that will drive customer traffic, conversions (transactional and non-transactional), baskets, and product category horizontal penetration Document and maintain the promotional playbook; actively implement and manage all acquisition, retention and cross-selling campaign projects Execute promotions that showcase featured product selections based on input provided from the eCommerce Merchandising group and Product Management; that support customer acquisition and activation activities; that exploit niche, regional and/or enterprise opportunities; and that are consistent with overall EBITDA goal targets aligned with other marketing channel strategies Help with the execution and management of targeted account promotions leveraging hybris tools and 3rd party platforms Work with segment leads and regional eBusiness managers as appropriate to ensure successful deployment and full field support of niche multi-channel campaigns Manage to monthly, quarterly, and seasonal promotion plans and campaign calendar to gain incremental sales focused on revenue and horizontal penetration targets; support new product launches as necessary Work with the Digital Marketing team to execute programs designed to reduce customer churn, win back lost customers and cross sell appropriate products based on customer actionsQualifications:Are you a MATCH?
