We are looking for an E-Commerce Data Entry Coordinator to join a local company that for 30 years has been recognized leader in the development, design, and distribution of home decorative accessories.
The Ecommerce data entry position is performance to hire.
Ecommerce data entry duties:
• Monitor all Dropship platforms including Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon, Hayneedle, and Houz for order processing and ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Customer Service Team and will assist with other inquiries
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure availability of product and shipment of orders
• Assist in operating e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and other in-house systems
• Ensure timely, constructive responses and offer proactive solutions to all e-commerce inquiries
Hours: 8 am
– 4:30 pm
Pay: $17
Location: Panorama City
• 1-2 years of relevant E-Commerce and Dropship Experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering data
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills evaluating data
• Technically savvy with working knowledge of content management (product uploads and updates, customer service, order processing, Inventory and returns
• Proficient in MS Excel
