E-Commerce Specialist

Job summary: This is a brand new role at Bergner USA.

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to join and be an integral part of our team.

You will be a pivotal part of the delivery of new projects using the latest technology stacks.

We are a houseware specialized business, made up of entrepreneurs, industry and technology experts, marketers and curious people, with the mission of being the best!

You will need to have a key understanding of the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy across Bergner US, as we are currently building the US chapter of a 22-year-old European company!

This fantastic opportunity is suitable for someone with very strong communication skills and a can-do attitude to work.

Furthermore, being able to work collaboratively as part of a team is massive bonus.

Must-haves:

Good spelling, grammar, and punctuation essential

Computer literate (Email, Web, Office365, html, CSS, Shopify).

Candidates will be trained in any other skills required
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Be adaptable and flexible towards meeting the needs of the business and acquiring new skills
Responsibilities and tasks
Implement Ecommerce strategy for the US, ensuring we have robust acquisition and retention plans in place to meet our ambitious growth objectives.
Execute all trading plans and marketing activity for the website, ensuring we have effective strategies, promotions, and campaigns in place to reach our objectives.
Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations within the Shopify platform, including inventory feed, inventory forecasting based on sales trend
Oversee SEO.
Work with our partners to optimize across PPC, Affiliates & Paid Social.
Manage CRM, ensuring alignment between website and email strategy.
Responsible for gathering information pertaining to DTC sales, stock, digital media forecasting
Track and implement strategies to ensure we are meeting our performance metrics across traffic, AOV, CVR, & Bounce Rates.
Manage on-site end-to-end customer journey, ensuring we provide a seamless experience for our customers.
Drive improvements and best practice across our sites and digital team.
Monitor product performance & on-site trends, forming data-driven recommendations for future plans.
Work with our 3PL to optimize operations.
Office address, location and postcode: Remote with scheduled in person meetings on a regular basis.

Eventually moving into offices in 2022.

Working hours:

Mon-Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 8-5pm – hours are subject to adjust based on project needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00
– $55,000.00 per year
