*Position Responsibilities*
We are looking for an E-commerce Data Entry Coordinator to support our 3rd party accounts manager. In this role, you will update product listings on our various platforms using the guidelines from the marketing department and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Candidates should have EXCELLENT written and communication skills, be willing to learn on the job, and be highly reliable.
This is an entry-level position that offers on the job paid training. Compensation is commensurate with experience with:
• Shopify (system as a whole)
• Walmart Seller Center – Marketplace
• Amazon Seller Central – Marketplace
• Excel (basic formulas)
Photoshop (basic knowledge is a plus)
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks
* Other projects, as needed.
*Required*
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
* The ability to read and speak English fluently
* Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
* The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
* Ability to work M-F, 8am-5pm; flexibility is permitted
* Experience with Shopify
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Basic knowledge of Google Suite
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new computer system applications
* Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance
