DZ Solutions: New Business Development

Job SummaryWorking closely with the sales and marketing departments, the Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with developing and qualifying new sales opportunities in the Southern California, Pacific Northwest, and NYC Metro Markets.

This role will be responsible for prospecting/cold calling in target accounts, driving attendance to DZ Marketing Events and setting qualified sales appointments for the Outside Sales Team.

Compensation will include benefits, a base salary, and a very attractive performance-based bonus structure.

Develop your sales career with an organically growing company that rewards top performance and maintains a corporate culture that is both hard-working and fun.Responsibilities and DutiesMake 80-100 calls per day to generate qualified sales appointmentsInitiate and build relationships with new customersCoordinate with marketing department to drive attendance to DZ Marketing EventsConduct market research in order to identify and pursue new prospects and opportunitiesMonitor and report on all lead activityUnderstand DZ’s products, services, value proposition and positioning as well as keeping up-to-date on industry trends and competitive forcesOccasionally work with manufacturer and distributor partners to identify new prospective clients and marketsQualifications and SkillsBasic Qualifications1+ years of sales experience in a B2B inside sales/demand generation roleExcellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to generate sales appointments through cold callingProfessional and polite phone etiquetteExperience conducting highly targeted marketing research via the Internet and various CRM platformsTenacity to persistently yet professionally pursue new prospects even in the face of rejection and fierce competitionPreferred QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college or universityB2B sales experience in high-tech, data storage, enterprise software, finance, professional services and/or consulting industriesAbility to conceptualize and translate complex technical knowledge into clear business value for customersExperience leveraging email marketing to drive and solidify sales opportunitiesHeavy experience using Linkedin.ComProven track record as a top-producer in an established inside sales/business development organizationBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, IRAJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Cold Calling: 1 year (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
