BENEFITS:

  • $.40-$.50 cents per mile depending on level of experience and safety

  • Up to an additional $.02-$.03 cents per mile bonus paid out quarterly

  • Have less than one year of driving experience? Training period $100/day and then $.36-$.39 cents per mile!

  • Detention, layover, breakdown, and weather/road closure pay

  • Paid orientation

  • 3,000 miles/week

  • 7 – 14 days out and flexible 1.5 – 3 days at home

  • Full benefits package including 401K and Paid Time Off

  • 2018 or newer Freightliner Cascadias

  • 13 speed or Automatic transmission

  • Drop and hook

  • Small friendly dispatch

  • Pet and Passenger policy

  • Refrigerator, Inverter, and Prepass+

  • Pilot Flying J fuel network

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Class A CDL

  • No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years

  • No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years

  • Paid training required for drivers with less than one year of experience

  • Reefer experience preferred but not required
