This person will be asked to interact in a professional and thoughtful way with office staff of ACV’s largest customers as well as reach out to ACV’s buyers of all sizes .They are adept at balancing professionalism and fun at all times while being incredibly skilled at working with other departments.

•Respond to all major account documentation requestsProactively reach out to dealers to comply with asksUpload documentation per agreed-upon channels with customersCommunicate both internally and externally on needs and fulfillmentMaintain regular contact with customer office staff What you should have:
