- Filing/updating/maintaining electronic records
- Work with the quality control department
- Update and maintain training logs
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of training logs
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence
- Assist in updating safety plans
- Prepare notes from staff safety meetings
- Assist in coordinating with local clinics and scheduling appointments for employees
- Researching safety/claims related issues
- Assist in tracking cost associated with safety related claims
- Coordinate with insurance companies
- Initialize and organize driver DOT files and performing periodic updates
- Send out notifications for expiring documents and follow through on completion
- Answering phones
- Scheduling meetings
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Construction industry experience is required
- Knowledge of statutes and laws related to equal opportunities and DBE programs
- Research skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
