Responsibilities: Answer incoming telephone calls Taking service call request, inputting and scheduling them into scheduling program. Dispatch service call requests to technicians and manage their schedule throughout the day. Manage technician supplies and inventory Other duties as required Qualifications: · Great communication and customer service skills are a must · Detail Oriented · Great Organizational Skills · Team player · Good attitude · Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills · At least 2 year of dispatch experience is required. · Proficient in Microsoft Suites.
