From operating vehicles to delivering narrations, Attractions Cast Members bring the magic of the Disneyland® Resort to life for our Guests.New higher wage rate!Attractions receive starting rate of $17.00 per hour.Responsibilities : Attractions Cast Members are responsible for greeting Guests, loading and unloading attractions, operating attraction systems, delivering narrations of varying lengths and providing audience control.Attractions hosts and hostesses may also have the opportunity to work at both indoors and outdoor locations.Basic Qualifications : Must be 18 years of ageAble to effectively work independently or as part of a teamProlonged standing for 2 to 3 hours at a timeExcellent Hospitality skillsAbility to multi task and work in a very fast paced environmentSpeed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressureDemonstrated ability to own and resolve Guest situationsReceptive to special requestsEnthusiastic about interacting and helping GuestsAble to make independent decisions for our GuestsSelf-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision)Willing to follow instructions & take directionFlexible/adaptableSupportive of other cast working on your teamCan complete repetitious tasks while maintaining qualityStrong verbal communication skillsWilling to work outdoors even in inclement weatherMust be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special eventsPerform all job related functions in a cordial friendly manner, committed to exceeding Guests expectationsThis role is Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays.Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual preferredSome roles may require the ability to swimWorking at various heights may be required for some rolesCash handling capabilities and be able to count back proper change preferredAdditional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
