Job Summary:CASUAL TEMPORARYAs a member of the Cast Activities, Recognition and Experience (CARE) Team, youll be part of a tradition that has helped create Cast-exclusive magic for decades.

By developing and executing innovative Cast events and offerings, the Cast Activities Program Manager has the unique opportunity to help shape the Cast Member experience.Responsibilities:You will:Demonstrate a passion for the Cast experience by developing and executing small to large scale events and offerings.Partner collaboratively with internal partners across the Disneyland Resort to plan and deliver exceptional Cast exclusive experiences.Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with external partners to support DLR events and offerings.Ensure safety/sanitation guidelines are followed during all events and offerings.Work collaboratively as a Cast Activities leadership team member.Basic Qualifications:Dedicated desire to enhance the Cast experience, with the ability to navigate and lead amidst constant change.3-5 years of Disney event management experience, including developing and leading small to large scale events.Experience managing multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsAbility to work collaboratively and make decisions while keeping all partners and leaders informed.Demonstrated strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.Able to take initiative and work independently under moderate direction.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Available to commit to work any day of the week including weekends, nights and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:Language proficiency in SpanishEvent management certificationRequired EducationAssociates degree or equivalentPreferred EducationBachelors degree or equivalent
