This team will analyze data, gather insights and craft those insights into a well-polished executive friendly deck.
While the rest of the Retention Analtics team is focused on the day-to-day strategy and execution, this team will be assessing and providing the necessary insights to drive decisions on what to do about churn.
The team’s goal is to always answer the “whys”.Key areas of focus include:Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer behavior, subscriber churn, and financial impactProjects include, but not limited to, spend leakage analysis, identify inefficient spend, offer usage analysis, customer behavior and segmentation analysis, treatment and retention analysis, executive reporting, and data visualizationDevelop self-service data tools, and other visual aids in support of findingsPartner with cross functional teams to drive strategic change within the businessQualifications:8-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related fieldPreference for an advanced college degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, and or Computer ScienceCoding proficiency in SQL, R, Python or similar requiredExperience with large transactional databasesMust possess a solid understanding of basic statistics and consumer marketingExperience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription-based company is a plusTableau experience a plusThis is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
