Job Description Summary
:
This role will be part of a digitally savvy team that manages platform operations and analytics over a variety of digital media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and more.
The candidate should be knowledgeable on analytics and insights and be able to work cross-functionally with creative and production teams, as well as across platforms.
The role will work with key stakeholders to drive innovation across digital strategies for all platforms.
They will ensure programming needs are met and delivered day-to-day and identify opportunities through analysis to convert into profitable outcomes.
This proactive team member will understand how to synthesize data and creative and provide cross-functional analytical support to the business.
This is a great opportunity for an individual to join an energetic and fun team that leads providing feedback on creative performance and shapes the direction of future creative initiatives.
This job is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Applicant must be able to commute to the studio once hired but is currently remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Owns platform operations, video asset quality control, real-time moderation, data input and cleaning, real-time and comparative performance analyses, weekly reporting, and issue escalations Optimizes performance and quality of assets through creative notes and constructive feedback Ushers assets through the pre
– and post-production and publication pipelines in accordance with publishing deadlines Analyzes multiple data sets to make actionable insight-based strategic and creative recommendations Communicates key insights to cross-functional teams and leadership by determining causal relationships and breaking down complex problems into digestible components Advises on digital and seasonal trends and competitor strategy Creates weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly reporting
Position
Requirements:
1+ years experience in some combination of: audience development, content strategy, strategic planning’ Familiar with or proficient across a variety of social platforms from both the creator and viewer’s perspectives (with a focus on YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat), with specific knowledge of which variables can affect content performance.
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem solving skills.
Self-starter, proactive, independent, and maintains a tenacious work ethic.
Has a clear understanding of how to unlock consumer insights and connect them with cultural and industry trends to develop strategies and content.
Adaptable under pressure in a high volume, fast paced, time-sensitive environment.
Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met appropriately.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), Slack, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Passionate about the digital landscape and social business.
Eager and willing to learn new skills and share best practices, new trends, and major developments in the profession.
