If this sounds like an ideal opportunity for you, then we want to meet you.Who You Are::The Digital Media Strategist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all digital media plan maintenance tasks in coordination with the Supervisor and Media Strategy Team. This includes digital media plan stewardship, such as preparing media authorizations, flowcharts, insertion orders, billing as well as creative asset delivery coordination with internal teams and media partners. The Digital Media Strategist participates in brainstorming sessions, status meetings and media plan presentations. The Digital Media Strategist also aids in the development of media plan recommendations that align with clients KPIs as well as utilizing their competitive landscape knowledge and marketplace insight. What You’ll Do::Utilizing time management and multitasking skills the Digital Media Strategist is expected to effectively manage the day-to-day media plan development, budget summary, buy maintenance process and campaign implementationEffectively manage all daily tasks as well as train and mentor the Media Strategy AssociateRemain current on the status of media campaigns to inform weekly internal and client status reportsTransfer digital industry knowledge to sound strategy planning factorsAnalyze and apply clients value propositions to tactical media planning applicationsUsing decision-making skills, the Strategist is expected to proactively communicate with the Supervisor any campaign challenges/issuesPrepare media post campaign analysis and competitive reports that provide learnings and insights that can applied to future campaignsOversee the optimization of all digital performance and achievement of planning goalsBuild and develop open communication with clients and media partnersParticipate in team brainstorms to kick off plan developmentSupervisory Responsibilities Effectively train Media Strategy Associate and maintain ongoing communication with SupervisorDelegate and manage Associate daily tasks, reviewing all finalized work for internal or client distribution before providing to Supervisor for final reviewWhat You Bring::BA/BS degree requiredMinimum 1-2 years media planning experience required in digital media experiencePrefer experience in multicultural marketing & bilingual with an Asian LanguageProficient with Google Campaign ManagerProficient with Programmatic DSPs (Examples: DV360, The Trade desk)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Solid understanding of media math, terminology, and analytical & research tools (Examples: ComScore, Google Analytics, MRI, Nielsen, Scarborough)Strong problem-solving mentality, work ethic, and verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with excellent organization skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentInterest and familiarity with digital media campaigns and trending technologyWhat We Offer::medicaldentalvision401k#IND1
