Digital Media Planner

Overview: AdTribute is seeking a Digital Media Planner with a diverse background in digital media to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate requires digital media experience and a solid understanding of the digital space.

The ideal candidate will have worked across paid social, display, video, mobile, programmatic, social media, and content programs.

With an exciting client roster that continues to expand, we are searching for a passionate, creative, and data-driven Digital Media Planner with an appetite to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee client campaigns from briefing through implementation and reconciliation for both B2B and B2C clients Lead and oversee all digital media campaign services for your clients, including strategy, planning, buying, trafficking, implementation, campaign management, optimization, reporting, and reconciliation Deliver best-in-class holistic media strategies, inclusive of client KPI success Be a leader that can advise clients on strategy and the team can rely on for guidance Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions to address them Utilize research tools (e.g.

MRI, comScore) to gather information and develop key insights and campaign strategies Experience with pivot tables and developing reporting insights from data Draw insight from campaign results and create a story to provide recommendations Monitoring campaign deliveries for appropriate pacing, delivery, and performance On-going media research to keep abreast of the ever-evolving landscape, technologies, and new vendors/offerings Ability to assist with new business opportunities as they come up Qualifications: 2-3 years of digital media planning and campaign ma experience with high-level clients Expertise in performance marketing and extensive experience in digital media (paid social, display, video, SEM, etc.) Experience with traditional media channel planning and buying (TV, Radio, Out of Home, Print, etc.) Experience with developing and implementing campaign analytics and measurement plans Ability to deliver sound strategy that aligns directly with client business goals Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Data Studio Ability to improvise/think on your feet Excellent presentation skills Proven ability to think strategically and teaching others to think strategically Ability to rally team members around a new solution Believer in the importance of the role of data & analytics in decision-making Passion for developing creative/exciting media execution ideas Acute attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About AdTribute: AdTribute is an independently owned, ROI-obsessed, marketing agency specializing in performance marketing and full-service media planning founded on disrupting traditional approaches to performance marketing.
