Digital Media Coordinator

The Digital Media Coordinator will support AI’s Media & Marketing group, by executing strategies to fulfill our digital products, sales support and working across multiple teams on digital initiatives.

He/she will be directly involved in campaign execution and reporting, virtual event support and digital product fulfillment.

Working across multiple media and marketing brands, this position will be working both internally and externally, with clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities Digital Operations Collaborate with VP, Digital to deliver support on digital products and sales Work directly with Digital Product Managers on various initiatives Partner and work with brand marketers to execute digital media campaigns, webinars, lead programs and other campaigns under the “digital” umbrella Collaborate with VP, Digital to develop new digital sales collateral Assists brand teams in developing revenue-generating features for virtual events Supports AI’s marketing technologies, assisting marketers with implementing tactics Coordinates with brand teams to organize virtual event needs to help determine format and technology requirements to enable the virtual experience Manage technology configuration of virtual events and offers live support Coordinates with the web development and production teams on needs for design, development, and integrations Acts as the administrative point-of-contact with select technology providers Other Offers guidance on digital best practices and provides sales support when needed Travel to satellite offices and live events as required by supervisor Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field Experience with managing communication technologies This position requires an analytically-minded individual with a demonstrated ability to identify and interpret data to develop action-oriented recommendations Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Parse.ly, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, and Tableau is preferred Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment, with multiple product groups and manage multiple priorities at once A motivated self-starter who feels comfortable implementing tactics with limited direction Excellent written, verbal and organization skills Experience at a b2b media or events company a plus Previous experience in digital media planning, sales or marketing is preferred Our People Are Our Strength At Access Intelligence, we create exceptional experiences that ignite connection and commerce.
