Digital Content Coordinator

The Digital Coordinator role, will play an integral part in telling the client’s story to fans by ensuring our latest content, offerings, and marketing campaigns are deployed in a timely manner across web and app.
Reporting to the Web Producer, the Digital Coordinator will be working in a fast-paced environment that supports multiple channels that range from Events to Editorial and must be able to work efficiently on multiple priorities at once.
While technical in nature, an eye for creativity and an understanding of the larger ecosystems at play and the connection between web, mobile, app strategy will provide key insight and a roadmap for success.

Responsibilities:
• Leveraging WordPress, publish daily content on client’s website that ranges from breaking news, to building quizzes, and updating content and information on various pages
• Collect, organize, edit, and manage assets related to ongoing campaigns
• Basic testing of content deployment, ranging from mobile optimization to link checking
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to build reports on campaign and content performance
• Ensure content is consistent with marketing strategies, brand guidelines and web best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-5 years professional web experience, preferably at a digital agency or in-house digital team for a product-driven business.
• Deep knowledge of WordPress and content publishing.
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
• Core knowledge of SEO trends and best practices.
• Proficient in using Adobe Analytics to pull and analyze site metrics.
• Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times and strict deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.29 to $32.55/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
