For more information, visit Overview:The Digital Communication Specialist develops content that advances the goals and objectives of key website and communication initiatives.

The position requires exceptional writing skills and a strong understanding of web/digital industry standards including writing for SEO, conducting content audits, and experience implementing and measuring digital communication strategies.This position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.Core Job Responsibilities:Develop and lead webpages, microsites, landing pages, pop-ups and other web assetsCollaborate with subject matter authorities to write relevant and engaging product and health-related contentWork with developer teams to plan page structures and agree upon project approachesBuild and maintain the web editorial calendarEnsure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets high standardsLead small projects with the support of the teamSupervise website inquiries and respond in a timely mannerCollaborate with the creative design team on webpage media requirementsImplement paid advertising campaigns when necessarySupervise website performance.

Work with programmers to troubleshoot all website issuesPerform regular site tests to optimize across all browsers on desktop, mobile and tablet devicesTrack website SEO performance and set strategy around improving ranking for high-intent keywordsStay to date on SEO news, including algorithm updates, and communicate impact and process improvements to the marketing teamImprove the user experience of the website, with a focus on user flow from landing to conversionReport regularly on website performance metrics, and provide recommendations for growthEnsure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations, including ADA compliance and the privacy policyMonitor competitor websitesQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience and Skills:Required: 6 years of business experience3 years experience in Digital Strategy/MarketingExperience working in a fast-paced environment and track record of successful execution of multiple digital propertiesProficient in Google Analytics, Google Search ConsoleStrong written, verbal and in-person communication skillsExcellent time-management skillsFlexibility, self-starter and the interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration skillsPreferred:Experience in a healthcare compliant organizationWork EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional office environment.
