Digital Channels Coordinator II – $1000 Sign On Incentive

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is integral to the overall management, planning and timely execution of Digital Channel strategies. Responsible for the user experience and user journeys on the Mobile Applications, Online Banking and Wescom.org site(s). The position is responsible for and works independently on platform updates and new product or service rollouts which includes nightly testing of server patches and other nightly maintenance. Responsible for the day-to-day operations which include technical support to staff and members, roadmap management and implementation, statistical data gathering and reporting, creating technical specifications and deployment of product updates for Online Banking (eBranch), Android and iOS Mobile Applications and Wescom.org. This position requires robust technical, analytical, communication and relationship building skills. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Requires technical knowledge around load balancers, networks, IIS servers, SQL servers, redundancy and disaster recovery processes, FFIEC and NCUA cyber regulations Applicable to Digital Channels and their security. Requires in-depth knowledge around Apple and Android mobile devices, Operating Systems, publishing and management of mobile applications on the Apple App store and Google Play store. As well as full technical knowledge on desktop browsers including on mobile devices, tablets, Macs and PCs. Develops detailed technical specifications for programming projects and product enhancements. Includes security and regulatory requirements. Completes risk assessments as needed. Is kept abreast and applies industry trends into our roadmaps and support systems. Serves as an innovation and technical lead for other workgroups within the organization. Facilitates the development life cycle, by creating a project plan, track progress, manages and organizes testing, deployment to our Stage, Beta and Production environments. Utilizes tools to test mobile applications, online and wescom.org against our stating environment. Escalates deviations to specifications and high priority defects and helps navigate through roadblocks. Is responsible for the priority of development enhancements and defects. Provides approval and sign off for production deployment. Identifies and develops communication and training related to new features and enhancements for staff or members. This includes videos, website content, Power Point presentations and other media content as needed. Educates and inspires others about innovation and changes to newly adopted technologies. Monitors and audits systems and access to administration areas as specified in the Digital Channels Policy and Procedures. OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Organizes and facilitates meetings, captures meeting notes and takeaways. Follows up on pending items for resolution. Is responsible for NPS survey, Google Play Store and Apple Store comments. Works closely with Marketing to respond to social media inquiries. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years experience in a related field required. Equivalent experience level may offset educational requirement. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must possess strong understanding of credit union operations with focus on Symitar product knowledge. Must demonstrate excellent technical and communication skills, both written and oral. Must have the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time, have strong organizational and problem solving skills. Must be goal oriented and member focused. COMPUTER SKILLS: Must have knowledge on Guardian Analytics, network Active Directory, FDR’s Blue Zone Mainframe, Apple App Store Administration site, Google Console Administration site, Salesforce, Team Foundation Server, Symitar, Visa Online, SharePoint, AirDroid, Reflector, Flurry, HockeyApp, TestFlight, IP lookup Tools, Quicken, Balsamiq Mockups and Camtasia. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
