Job Details: DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of support within the Marketing team to support the marketing strategies including but not limited to coordinating meetings and team activities, assisting with high impact marketing campaigns that span the entire marketing organization, colleague engagement and tracking sensitive information as needed.
The Marketing Coordinator collaborates with marketing team in preparing and producing informational materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, statement inserts, etc.), and presentations incorporating brand concepts and program design

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Work closely with CNB Studio, MarTech, Marketing Operations and Compliance on implementation and testing of new DAM structure and process.
Responsible for preparing the existing data library for migration and executing the migration process.
Manage the day-to-day operations of an enterprise-level DAM system.
Define, implement, and manage the full life-cycle, archival, and distribution of all digital assets.
Define, implement, and manage metadata schemas, taxonomies, and user groups.
Develop workflows for asset ingestion, categorization, permissions management, version control, delivery, and expiration to internal and external users.
Establish and maintain file-naming conventions and metadata standards across multiple digital asset categories.
Own the ongoing ingestion, organization, and maintenance of the DAM, ensuring that duplicate, non-compliant, and obsolete files are archived and sunset in a timely manner.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CNB Studio, Owned Content, Digital, Product, PR, Segment, etc…) to build an infrastructure that addresses internal and external digital asset needs.
Manage rights-management details (internal use only, stock-licensing agreements, talent usage, etc.)
Support internal and external teams with critical and time-sensitive digital asset acquisition requests.
Partner with Marketing Risk to administer and manage internal user account creation, permissions and perform routine user audits to ensure all users follow internal compliance measures.
Work with Producers to train and onboard new users to the DAM system and assist with questions from existing users.
Assist in managing relevant DAM vendors and suppliers.
Find, suggest, and implement efficiencies and improvements in workflows and processes to increase automation and decrease time to market.
Aid in defining KPIs and track metrics such as reuse, adaptation, activation, and ROI to feed reporting materials to support continued investment in DAM system.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must-Have*
Minimum 3 years marketing experience
2 years Microsoft Office experience
Skills and Knowledge
3 years digital asset management experience working with an enterprise-level DAM system
3 years experience with Workfront, Seismic (and/or equivalent), and Adobe Creative Suite
