What you will be doing Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to the maintenance, control and tracking of corporate documents.
Responsible for the receipt, inventory and retrieval of documents as required.
The position will be based in Boise, Idaho.
Main responsibilities TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the receipt, retention, and retrieval of corporate documents and related records to be maintained by the Records Retention department pursuant to established policies and procedures.
Review Company contracts and documents as they are received from Legal and other departments to confirm accuracy of the information submitted in the related internal paperwork and enter document information into record retention computerized inventory system and key dates into the Company calendar tracking system.
Review and process requests for records for accurate retrieval and re-filing.
Interface with company personnel in a professional and helpful manner to fill requests for records or provide other requested information.
Coordinate the receipt or retrieval of documents.
Preparation, imaging and downloading of contracts and other documents into Company’s electronic repository.
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
What we are searching for SKILLS, EDUCATION, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Previous experience/education in filing systems/records retention desired, preferably with parent company.
Some warehouse experience helpful.
Understanding of real estate transactions, terms, and documents preferred.
Personal computer experience required, preferably with Microsoft Office.
Experience with Versatile, Access, and FileNet preferred.
High School degree or equivalent required.
Work requires ability to analyze and extract pertinent information from documents, attention to detail, good memory, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.&nb
